The POLY MDA220 is a communications hub designed to help users manage PC voice and multimedia while maintaining connectivity with a desk phone.
Designed for organisations moving towards unified communications, the POLY MDA220 supports the use of one corded or wireless USB headset and provides a practical way to answer, end and switch between PC and desk phone calls. When used with supported Bluetooth USB headsets, it can also accommodate calls involving a mobile phone within the communication setup.
The system supports compatible Plantronics corded desk phone headsets from the H-Series when used with a DA Series USB adapter. Wideband and stereo audio support are also available for compatible communication applications.
Flexible Call Management
The POLY MDA220 is suitable for business environments that need to combine traditional desk phone communication with PC-based calling. Remote call control is supported with compatible Plantronics corded and wireless USB headsets.
It can also be used with an EHS cable or POLY HL10 handset lifter to provide one-touch answer and end functionality with a desk phone. Plug-and-play installation helps simplify deployment, while firmware can be upgraded to support compatible functionality.
